I've spent the last several years inside online schools and coaching businesses — the ones with thousands of students, packed launch calendars, and teams that need to move fast without dropping the ball. My job in those businesses has been simple to say and hard to do: make sure the operations, the launch, and the team can actually carry the weight of that growth.

That's what I do now for course creators, coaches, and digital schools who are scaling past the point where "figuring it out as you go" still works.

I started out with a degree in Physics Electronics — not exactly the traditional path into business operations. But the skill that got me through a physics degree is the same one I bring to every client's business: the ability to take something complex and chaotic and turn it into a system that actually works.
